Vinyl heatpress printing is a process where a single piece of coloured vinyl is cut out in large text or solid area form and printed with a heatpress at a temperature of over 160 degrees.

This creates bold and vibrant coloured designs with the ability to suit low quantities at competetive prices. Perfect for company name and telephone number details with social media tags and icons as a simple style in which this can be used effectively.

Not all colours will be available due to the nature of the vinyl but we try to match as close as we can otherwise Full Colour Printing will be more suitable.

Printing size is normally within A4 or 12 x 12 inch which is sufficient for most designs with front and back area printing.

Due to the simple nature of this process normally there is no set up costs for this as keyboard style fonts and logos will be used.

The vinyl material is most suitable for your cotton, poly cotton mix clothing. Great for polyester t-shirts, performance wear and workout gear which are thin and low in weight where sometimes embroidery can be too heavy for the item.

This is a durable print process and can last for years to come however for best longevity the printed garments should be washed inside out and at low 30 deg and not to be tumble dried or at high temperatures.
